Quality assessment system for monolithic active micropixel detectors

چکیده

A system for quality assessment of micropixel detectors is presented. The includes a laser scanning microprobe and setup studying the response micro to minimum ionizing particles. results validation developed indicate its suitability assessing latest monolithic active pixel sensors (MAPS), promising elements large-area tracking systems future high-energy physics experiments. Comparison MAPS with double-sided microstrip CBM experiment (FAIR, Darmstadt) indicates feasibility upgrade Silicon Tracking System using MAPS.
